Industry Participant: $400 early bird (By May 1), $450 regular (after May 1)
Faculty/Academic Participant: $300 early bird (By May 1, 2025), $350 regular (after May 1)
Student Participant: $200 early bird (By May 1), $300 regular (after May 1)
Virtual Participant: $50

Need-based travel scholarships may be available for students and early career scholars.

There are four sponsor levels: Friends ($300), Believers ($500 — includes one faculty registration), Advocates ($1000—includes 2 faculty or 3 student registrations), Visionaries ($2000—include 4 faculty or 6 student registrations).
